Chocolate Pan-cake with Nutella Mousse and Praline Crunch

Everything has a day now doesn't it? When did that happen? Of all the 'days', Nutella day is one I can really get on board with, and with Pancake day (I also approve of that one!) it seems the perfect time to create a recipe to celebrate both of them together! And so the Pan-cake was born. I had a scout around pinterest and saw that a few people have done this, like this gorgeous Almond Crepe Cake with Raspberry-Rose Cream and a few other chocolate-y ones, so set about creating our own version, using our favourite go-to pudding-on-a-spoon Nutella 😍 Chocolate Pan-cake with Nutella Mousse and Praline Crunch Ingredients: For the pancakes 150g plain flour 50g cocoa 50g caster sugar 3 eggs 350ml semi skimmed milk For the filling 2 heaped tablespoons of Nutella 200ml double cream For the ganache 100g good quality dark chocolate (70%) 75ml double cream For the praline 100g hazelnuts 100g granulated sugar 50ml water
