If you’re off camping this summer we’ve got the perfect pud for you and the kids to try. Gooey toasted marshmallows dipped into melted chocolate and finished with crumbled digestive biscuits. The kids will love getting involved with this one and most of all you’ll all love eating them. Ingredients Giant marshmallows Dark chocolate White chocolate Digestives, crushed Lollipop sticks Method Melt the chocolate in separate bowls either in the microwave in 30 second blasts or in glass bowls over pans of simmering water. Insert the lollipop sticks into the marshmallows and carefully toast over the fire, BBQ, under the grill or using a blow torch. Dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate of your choice and then into the crushed digestive biscuits. Why not crush up your favourite cookie, biscuit or even sweets for the top?
