Our boxes will occasionally contain nuts or nut products (including tree nuts and peanuts) - where this is the case, your box will be clearly marked. Most of our boxes contain gluten and will require eggs and dairy to create the recipe. Most of our boxes are suitable for vegetarians, if animal products are included, the ingredient will be clearly marked as such. Unfortunately none of our boxes are suitable for a vegan diet.


How do I subscribe to Bakes Box?
Signing up to Bakes box is easy – simply follow the ‘ Subscribe ’ link on the site andchoose between Bakes Box, Junior Bakes or our Family bundle.

How much does it cost?
Your Bakes Box costs £9.99 per month on a monthly subscription,
Junior Bakes box is £7.99 and Doughbox is £8.99. You can save money by signing up to our Family bundle for £16.99

I just signed up to Bakes Box, what can I expect to receive?
If you signed up before the 20th of the month, you will receive your first box by the 28th of this month, i f you have signed up after the 20th, your first box will be sent for the 28th of next month.

Do you only offer monthly subscriptions?
No, we offer a selection of different terms for our boxes –
the longer you sign up for, the more you save! 


When will I be billed?
You will be re-billed on the 1st of each month

Do I have to reorder every month?
If you have subscribed, you do not have to reorder, your account will renew automatically.

My boxes are piling up, can I skip a box?
We know how it is, sometimes you just don’t have time to bake a fabulous cake! 
You can skip a box really easily on our site by logging in to your account

How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope you have no reason to cancel your box, however if you do you can easily manage,skip or cancel your subscription by logging on to your account


Where do you ship?
We currently ship to UK and EU addresses only

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to any UK address and charged at a flat rate of £6.00 to any EU country.

When will my Bakes box ship?
We send all subscription boxes to reach you by the 28th of the month.

What happens if my Bakes box is delivered when I’m not at home?
Our boxes are designed to fit through a standard letterbox, if you don’t have a standard sized letterbox we recommend you set your address to work or somewhere you will be able to receive it. If a Royal Mail red card is left and your box is not called for, it will be returned to us and we will charge an admin fee of £3 to repackage and resend.

Is it possible to send Bakes box as a gift?
Yes! You can send a gift by following the link at the bottom of the page

Can I include a message?
Yes of course, leave your message in the ‘gift message’ box at checkout and we will include it in your box


What if I want to return my Bakes box?
Due to the nature of our boxes, we are unable to accept returns, however if there is anything you are not happy about with your box, please email support@mybakes.com and we will do what we can to resolve your issue.
